Napoleon Brandford III

Co-Founder and Chairman

Napoleon Brandford Mr. Brandford is the Co-Founder & Chairman of Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., LLC, the nation's only minority/woman-owned investment banking underwriting firm with offices located in Anchorage, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC. In 2011, the company was ranked #8 in the nation for senior-managed underwriting transactions and continues its #1 ranking status in the nation for a minority/woman-owned firm.

Since 2002, Mr. Brandford has served as project manager or lead banker on many of the firm's senior-managed accounts leading large-scale financing projects for state, city and local governments throughout the country. In Southwestern and West Coast states, he has served as project manager on senior and sole-managed financings exceeding $5.9 billion. Mr. Brandford began his career as an analyst working in the Miami-Dade County finance department.

Mr. Brandford has received various awards including Black Enterprise Magazine's 2002 "Top 50 Wall Street All-Stars" and "Top 50 on Wall Street" in 2006, and "Financial Services Company of the Year" in 2010.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master's degree in Public Administration. His focus was "Specialization in the Administration of Local Government." He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University with a major in International Studies.
