Video Conferencing Options

Technology is advancing at a more rapid pace than ever. In consequence, businesses that want to stay on top are keeping up with these advancements – from offering the latest technological equipment, facilities, capabilities, programs, and even support staff.

At the Huizenga Sales Institute, our Executive Conference Rooms and Sales Presentation/Interview Rooms are equipped with the most modern and advanced video conferencing capabilities available. Our various state-of-the-art rooms boast technology that allows instant viewing and recording. So, companies can utilize these facilities to train their employees in real-time, fostering a learning environment that provides immediate feedback and instant ROI.

Recordings:

Recordings made in the Huizenga Sales Institute will be kept on the Nova server for 30 days after the event. These recordings may be viewed online for free during this time. There is a $25 fee per DVD for any company interested in purchasing a copy of the recordings in MPEG-4 format.

Sales Presentation and Interview Rooms
Sales Presentation & Interview Room
Description: Three separate state-of-the-art technology rooms for interviewing and presenting, allowing for instant viewing and recording.
Size: 11 ft. x 11 ft.
Seating: 3 to 4
Fees: $150 per hour for room. Additional fees for video conferencing are $50 per hour per location and $50 per hour for technical support.

  • A video conference system that contains a Polycom HDX system (HD) which allows signals to be received and transmitted in high definition as well as signals to be shared from multiple sources.
  • Three video cameras for capturing different angles.
  • A 40" LCD monitor that can display a preview from the cameras and laptop.
  • A Crestron touch panel for controlling the AV equipment.
  • A V-Brick appliance to record the image from multiple sources, i.e., the three video cameras and/or combination of cameras and PC laptop signal.

The Huizenga Sales Institute's 10-seat video conference room is the ideal conference setting and is equipped with the latest A/V systems for instantaneous playback to participants.

Description: Executive state-of-the art conference room.

Fees: $150 per hour for room. Additional fees for video conferencing are $50 per hour per location and $50 per hour for technical support.

  • A 55" LCD monitor.
  • Four video cameras.
  • A Crestron touch panel for controlling the AV equipment.
  • A Pop-up box at the table for laptop, power, data, audio connections.
  • A V-Brick appliance to record the image from multiple sources, i.e., the four video cameras and/or combination of cameras and PC laptop signal.
