Mr. Petrillo is the CEO and Co-founder of The Restaurant People, Inc. (TRP). TRP has owned and operates various full service restaurants from casual to fine dining in Broward and Dade counties, including: Tarpon Bend Food & Tackle, Himmarshee Bar & Grille and SIDE BAR, The River House and Yolo and O Lounge, VIBE Music Lounge, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza West Coast Developer, S3 Sun, Surf & Sand, Fork & Balls and SKY26.
Tim is also the Co-founder of Urban Street Development which includes: Florida State University Collegetown, New River Trading Post Development, Foundry/Mill Lofts, Flagler Storage, and Atlantic Avenue East.
Mr. Petrillo is heavily involved in his community, serving on various boards and associations. Some of these organizations include the City of Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority, Jack & Jill Children's Center, Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, Himmarshee Village Association, Fort Lauderdale Downtown Council, Museum of Science and Discovery and the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society.
He has received numerous awards including the City of Fort Lauderdale "Downtowner of the Year"; Chamber of Commerce "Broward Business Leader"; Junior League of Fort Lauderdale "Community Service Award"; Sun-Sentinel "Excalibur Award" Broward Business Leader of the Year; South Florida Business Journal "Diamond Award" CEO of the Year; and South Florida Business Award "Up & Comers Award" Leaders under Forty.
Mr. Petrillo earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida International University.
