Ari L. Roloff

Ari Roloff brings vast experience in management of both public and private company consulting services, as well as professional service marketing and business development in all industries. He is the Director of Business Development for the Southeast Region at Crowe.

Prior to joining Crowe, he served as National Director of Business Development for CBIZ/MHM where he was responsible for developing market-facing initiatives that built CBIZ/MHM's South Florida brand and provide opportunities for growth, both for the firm and its clients. As Vice President of an international recruiting and consulting group providing solution-driven projects in law, finance, accounting, compliance and risk management services. He successfully built up and led the Florida operations of this multibillion-dollar global company. Ari has also been a Vice President with a global legal services company and ran over five markets in the State of Florida.

Ari spends a significant amount of time developing business relationships in all industries, especially the banking, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. To that end, he actively participates in organizations that support entrepreneurship and the finance community. Ari’s experience working with emerging and established companies has made him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and organizations seeking advice on growing their businesses and developing their internal resources.
