The Shark Card is obtained at the Card Services Office located in the University Center and the parking permit can be obtained from the One-Stop-Shop located in the Horvitz Administration building. If you plan on getting your Shark Card and parking permit on your first day then this is a good location for parking until you obtain them. The lot is located west of the Carl DeSantis building and north of the parking garage. The lot is numbered AC10 on the electronic gate. This is a free lot.
If you choose to park in the parking garage without a permit you must park in the pay lot on the first floor. The rate is $1 per hour.
When arriving at the Carl DeSantis building from SW 30th avenue you will enter on Ray Ferrero Jr. Blvd. Take a right at the stop sign and proceed past the bus stop and entrance to the parking garage. Once you proceed through the next stop sign the entrance to the parking lot is on your right. If you have any questions when you arrive please contact Novalert at (954) 262-8999.
