You will build a working knowledge of frameworks and tools that you will be able to apply right now in your own work. You'll be working with decision making opportunities that exist in your organization today. You'll develop your own techniques for applying what you will learn. You'll be able to answer the question – is critical thinking the most critical skill for leaders?
