This program evaluates high performing organizations, their characteristics, and the role of leadership in a high performance environment. During this program, you will: discover the effect of leaders on followers, evaluate the issues facing all groups and teams, participate in exercises to demonstrate inter-group dynamics and strengthen the engagement quotient.
