Beth Besner, J.D.

Beth Besner grew up in New Jersey, graduated from Duke University with a degree in Political Science, and from George Washington University Law School, where she received her JD degree in 1988. Beth practiced bankruptcy law and litigation in large law firms, first in Washington, DC and then in Miami.

In 1995, Beth started and ran her own business called Neat Solutions, Inc. which distributed baby products including Beth’s invention, the Table Topper, to major retailers throughout the United States.

Beth has volunteered her time at the University School and at Ramat Shalom synagogue. In 2007, Beth and her husband established the I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation in memory of her son, Ian who died at age 11 from complications of leukemia.

Beth sold Neat Solutions in 2010. She currently sits on the I Care I Cure Board of Directors as a Co-Founder, in addition to  teaching at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL.
