Kelly Britten is in her tenth year with Castle Group and serves as the Regional Director within Broward County. Kelly originally joined the company in 2011 as the Lifestyle Director, overseeing all of the events and activities for the residents at the property.  Soon thereafter, Britten earned her CAM license with the State of Florida on the way to transitioning to property management.  

Kelly is responsible for over 80 Castle teammates and more than 20 community associations within the Broward business unit. During her tenure with Castle Group, she has been a recipient on multiple occasions of Castle Value Awards, recognized for exemplary leadership and achievements by the company.

During her tenure at Castle, she has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University, teaching courses in Property Management and Sports and Event Fundraising Strategies & Techniques.

Prior to joining Castle Group, Kelly spent six years with the Miami Marlins, the majority of which as the Events Coordinator for the Marlins Foundation.  Kelly’s responsibilities involved the planning, coordinating and execution of all foundation fundraising efforts and events for the club.

Kelly earned her Bachelor’s in Sports Administration at Florida State University and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Barry University.  Kelly is also an active leader and participant in the Castle Cares program, served as a mentor for Women of Tomorrow, and has volunteered for Junior Achievement and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Britten was born in South Miami and currently resides in Pembroke Pines, FL with her husband and two children.
