Education:
Dr. Mimi Capote is an international visiting professor for European and US-based universities with an outstanding track record of creating a strong vision and implementing successful internationalization strategies for university departments.
She has lectured as a visiting professor for the prestigious Grand Ecole, ESSCA, in Paris, France, where the curriculum includes international business development, cross-cultural conflict resolution and negotiations, as well as computer business skills, strategic management, and luxury brand marketing and entrepreneurship.
Currently, Dr. Capote is a part-time adjunct lecturer for Barry University in Florida, teaching Introduction to Business. She also lectures remotely/online for Central Washington University in Washington state.
With an extensive background in marketing and graphic design, she is an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor and a Microsoft Office User Specialist Expert.
When she is not teaching or traveling the world, Dr. Capote serves as a Hispanic Achievers State of Florida Ambassador. She also donates her time as a director on various boards and has served as a Kittitas County Search and Rescue, Amphibious Unit, volunteer. She enjoys mixed martial arts, water and motor sports, and taking on large-format oil painting projects
