Abigail Roberts, J.D. is a civil defense attorney who practices in the areas of construction defect litigation, aviation law, drone law, and appeals.

In her construction practice, she handles a wide-variety of construction-related matters which primarily consists of representing developers, general contractors and design professionals in complex contract-based multi-million dollar construction defect disputes.
