Continue Your Path to Success

Amid the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, NSU is committed to helping you pursue your dreams in the safest environment possible. In addition to offering online courses as a learning option, we have implemented a BlendFlex educational model that offers in-class instruction, synchronous remote instruction, and online taped lecture instruction.

Lead with Executive Perspective

There are many good HR professionals. And a few great ones. What sets the second group apart? They’re strategic HR leaders who can stride confidently into any CEO’s office or boardroom to talk ROI metrics and demonstrate how their programs drive growth for the enterprise as a whole. They’re comfortable speaking the language of front-line teams and finance chiefs alike. These HR leaders are much harder for organizations to find and highly valued when they do.

Be One of the Great Ones

With your M.B.A. Major in Human Resource Management, you gain broader business acumen, while honing your HR management skill set in conflict management, benefits and compensation; training and development and other areas. Build the skills to help you earn respect from other executives and a real seat at the table.
