Minor in Human Resource Management

Designed for students who are or anticipate employment in labor relations, personnel, or training and development, the minor in human resource management offers you the opportunity to expand both your knowledge and skills.

The minor in human resource management requires completion of 15 credit hours.

Required:
HRM 4160 Human Resource Management*   3 credits
HRM 4300 Managing Workplace Diversity    3 credits
HRM 4310 Training and Development 3 credits
HRM 4320 Recruitment and Staffing  3 credits
HRM 4330 Total Rewards: Compensation and Benefits  3 credits
*Business students may satisfy this requirement, depending upon their major
