Shape the Future of Finance with Sustainable Practices

As global environmental and social challenges shift, it’s never been more important for businesses to prioritize people and planet alongside profits. By acquiring advanced financial skills and a green-focused outlook, you’ll be equipped to become a valued asset in this dynamic business world.

NSU’s Master of Science in Finance and Sustainability will help you bridge the gap between core financial principles and socially focused practices. In this program, you'll learn how to

  • expedite eco-friendly progress by investing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) funds;
  • create financial models for renewable energy sources, electric vehicle conversions, and more; and
  • promote sustainable practices in all organizations by demonstrating cost-saving abilities.

You'll be introduced to cutting-edge financial tools, gain insight into how government policies affect cash flow, and more. You'll also have opportunities to review socially responsible projects that are promoting sustainability in our world and in South Florida, including those in health care, tourism, and transportation. Combined with a finance internship, the M.S. in Finance and Sustainability explores real-world issues with tried-and-true business principles.

“I believe in a structured, content-driven approach to teaching, supplemented by cases and anecdotes based on real corporate experience.”
