Dr. Baiyun Gong is a Professor of Management at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.

She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Gong’s research interests include temporal research, focusing on the effects of interruptions in organizations, organizational cognition, focusing on the construct of transactive memory, and social capital in international business, focusing on the evolution of guanxi.
