Natalie Ramirez Carvallo

Natalie Ramirez Carvallo is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.

Ramirez Carvallo works as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty, where she co-leads a family business specializing in residential real estate in the tri-county area. As a South Florida native, Natalie is passionate about her community and serves on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee for the City of Pembroke Pines.

Ramirez Carvallo earned a B.S.B.A. in Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing from NSU, where she was recognized as Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship’s Student of the Year in 2019 and 2021. As a proud alumna, Natalie is eager to give back and serves on the Board of the Entrepreneurs Council at NSU.
