Dr. Leslie Tworoger is an Adjunct Professor of Management at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship of Nova Southeastern University. She has served as interim chair and co-chair of the Management Department.

Her research interests include leadership, organizational climate for innovation adoption, and virtual teams and telework. Prior to joining the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, she co-owned a meeting and event planning business.

In the community, she has served on the board of the Community Foundation of Broward, including a year as board chair. She was the president of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale and president of the board of the Chord, and served on of the Museum of Art Board of Trustees for twenty years, many of those as vice-president. In addition, she served on the boards of the Museum of Discovery and Science, Outreach Broward, Family Central, Jack and Jill Children's Center, and Children and Family Leadership Association. She helped found, and served on the board of, ChildNet, the privatized child welfare agency. She served on the board of FLITE, which was established to help youth as they age out of the foster care system.

Dr. Tworoger’s numerous honors include Excellence In Teaching, Faculty of the Year, and Professor of the Year Awards. Recognized by the Philharmonic Society, the March of Dimes, and Museum of Art and Leadership Broward for her long-time community leadership and service, she received the President’s Award from the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce for co-founding the Partners in Education program.
