Chase Gaiefsky is a dynamic real estate professional, educator, and lifelong entrepreneur with a proven track record in land acquisition and development across South Florida. As VP of Acquisitions and Development at Kenco Communities, he identifies, analyzes, and executes on land and redevelopment deals, from sourcing sites to structuring transactions, underwriting complex financials, and negotiating contracts. His work helps fuel Kenco’s legacy of creating thoughtfully designed residential communities.
Prior to Kenco, Chase managed a $200M+ pipeline of residential land deals at Lennar (NYSE: LEN) and D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI), covering Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin County. He has also served for over five years as a part-time professor at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), teaching investment analysis and real estate fundamentals to aspiring developers. In addition to his corporate and academic roles, Chase is an active real estate investor, consultant, and private lender, leveraging his expertise to fund and grow new opportunities. He earned both his B.S. in Business Administration and M.S. in Real Estate Development at NSU.
