About the Speaker:

Art Weinstein, Ph.D., is a Professor of Marketing at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. He is a world-renowned expert in customer value and business-to-business segmentation. He has provided training, research, and consulting for leading global technology companies. Dr. Weinstein is the author of 8 books and more than 90 scholarly articles about customer-centric marketing strategy. His latest book is Superior Customer Value – Finding and Keeping Customers in the Now Economy, 4th edition (Routledge/Taylor & Francis, 2019). Recent articles and case studies have been published in Applied Marketing Analytics, Harvard Business Publishing Education, Journal of Business Strategy, Journal of Creating Value, Journal of Marketing Analytics, Journal of Strategic Marketing, and the Rutgers Business Review.
