M.B.A. with a Concentration in Management

The Huizenga College of Business' M.B.A. with a Concentration in Management Working Professionals format offers classes on alternating weekends, during the evening, or even online. The program is designed for those who require a class format that accommodates the demands of a busy work schedule. The M.B.A. with a Concentration in Management program features a modern, forward-thinking curriculum that will prepare you to meet the demands of our world's volatile marketplace. The market-driven curriculum provides you with an essential understanding of how business works-from administration and operations, to management and marketing. You will graduate with a matchless skill set that will increase your marketability, as well as your ability to add immediate value to your company's bottom line.

  • Program can be completed in only 18 months.
  • Program begins five times annually with starts in August, October, January, March, and May.

Because Master's level study extends knowledge and skills acquired in both the classroom and workplace, each of our programs of study assume prerequisite knowledge in selected content areas.

NOTE – An equivalent prerequisite may be completed at an approved regionally accredited institution or through a CLEP or DANTES exam within the students first two semesters of enrollment with HCBE. Students who have not completed the prerequisites courses within that timeframe will be required to complete them with the Huizenga College of Business, at NSU.

Master of Business Administration (all concentration areas)
  • Completion of the following undergraduate course sequence (B- or higher and for the foundation courses to transfer, the Bachelor’s degree has to have been completed/earned within 5 years from the date of graduation from your Bachelor's degree program):
    • Business or Corporate Finance (8 weeks, online or evenings)
    • Statistics (8 weeks evenings, 16 weeks online)
  • Completion of the following undergraduate course sequence (C+ or higher and for the foundation courses to transfer, the Bachelor’s degree has to have been completed/earned within 10 years from the date of graduation from your Bachelor's degree program):
    • Financial Accounting (16 weeks evenings or online)
