Team Building Activity Day

This exciting one-day program utilizes interactive and participative team-building exercises and classroom discussions to build camaraderie and enhance team skills. The combination of exercises and discussion enables each participant to discover how he or she can improve team productivity and how each team member contributes to team success. Using fun-filled exercises and enlightening discussions, teams will make substantial progress in each of the five fundamentals necessary for team unity and productivity: trust, conflict management, commitment, mutual accountability, and focusing on results.

Program Description

Team Building Activity Day will include exercises such as:

~	Team Build a Boat and Boat Races
~	Trust Walk
~	Team Scavenger Hunt
~	Lost at Sea
~	Slats

In between these team building adventures, participants will discuss the team building adventure and debrief. This is where the teams will learn valuable information from each exercise.
